It's a very spacious, clean, homey, and lively living space and is located in a prime location.

Peter Cooper Village
Peter Cooper Village is a secluded community in the heart of manhattan. We are just steps from the hustle and bustle of the East side, but still enclosed in a quiet area where we feel safe.
The apartments are larger than those just south of us, in StuyTown. The only complaint that i really have is that recently NYU made a deal with the management company to lease out several of the buildings to young students.
It's a surreal combination of college campus, retirement home and sanitarium.
