Great If You Are Comfortable In Flatbush

Good price and plenty of space. Not everyone is comfortable living in this neighborhood, but we have not had any issues. It's right near Prospect Park and less than 2 blocks from the B and Q trains. Expect a 40-60 minute commute to Stern.
