Small Footprint, Great Neighborhood

Splitting an apartment that is technically a 1br with a roommate; it's cozy but helps us save on overall expenses.

Love the neighborhood; tons of great restaurants and things to do. Very safe and walkable. Close to many subway lines; easily accessible.
