Great Location

3 minute drive from campus. Immensely helpful for early morning classes and recruiting events.

Best decision I could have made

I love District at Greenbriar primarily because of the location. It is very close to campus (about 5-7 minute drive) and also close to grocery stores such as HEB. It's also a short drive from Rice Village (strip with stores, bars and restaurants). There is a conference center which I sometimes use for studying and a business center that I use for printing class materials since it's free! :) I currently live in a studio but almost wish I would have opted for a 1 bedroom since the reduction in space has been an adjustment for me.

The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They were particularly helpful during my move-in. If you are interested in this property you should definitely scope it out before the summer peak since prices do tend to rise during that time of year.
