Great option for students

Great location, many apartments have large balconies with nice views of the city. Lots of closet space and big kitchens. 24x7 doorman, laundry room in each building. Building ownership has changed and the new owners are looking to make it even more luxurious which means higher rent. Can still be good value for money if you add a flex bedroom
