Great location and friendly building

Doormen very friendly, building is responsive to issues and relatively safe. I did not rent directly from the building (rented from an individual owner of a unit) so it is slower for me to fix leaky faucets, etc. Renovations ongoing in 2021-2022, the gym and the 31st floor lounge should be much improved afterward. The back door opens onto the Columbus Circle Mall.

Colonnade

Very close to Fordham, which saves a lot of stress. Expensive, but good value for money. Safe with a great staff. Very pet- and child-friendly building. We hear a lot of sirens from ambulances because we're near Mt. Sinai, but anywhere in Midtown is likely to be somewhat noisy. We never turn the heat on in winter because the building feels warm as it is.
