Echo park was wonderful to love at. Management was responsive, the facilities were clean and we never had any issues with hearing neighbors.

Large apartment in a quiet area
Great building - staff is responsive, it's a quiet area (which we wanted), and it's great value for such a spacious apartment. Still really easy to get downtown by car or Uber, and super close (walking distance) to the B-Line. Would highly recommend!

Newish Building, Nice Apartments
A bit far from campus (will probably need a car), but overall a good building. Good amenities, quiet area, easy parking, newer building. Would recommend. Pool, Gym, Movie room. Pet-friendly. They pick up your trash from your front door rather than having to haul it to a dumpster.
Walls are a bit thin, but haven't had too many issues with this. Management is responsive to maintenance requests.

good
I love the actual facilities of echopark but it is far away from the law school - not walking distance and it is annoying to park at school every day. The actual apartments are nice, gym and pool are included and I dont pay for parking at my apartment. Echopark does a good job of fixing stuff you need immediately and have been very felxible with rent and changing plans!

Well maintained, nice appartments at good prices. Staff is awesome. Have been here for 2 years.

Great space 10 min from town
Nice apartment. Very new building with great pool, gym and thetre room. Management is responsive. Only negative is it is about a 10 min drive from campus.
