Amazing deal

Great location: safeway and the waterfront metro stop is right next to the building.
There is a small gym and the laundry room in the basement floor. It's perfect for those who work in the DC area. It's not loud at all and the hallway is always clean.

Its a great deal in nice location

Not much yet in SW but it's a very convenient place to live. Metro, Giant and some restaurants and a CVS only a couple minutes away. Having the waterfront nearby is great and SW is actually pretty close to the mall which people don't realize.

THe building is old but in good condition on the inside and the big windows are great. Usable little gym available in building. The deal for teh size of the junior one bedroom is hard to beat. The vents which pump into the apt can't be controlled which is pretty annoying, but it's overally a very comfortable place to live.
