Quiet, Safe, and close to everything
Living @ the Metrolpolitan Manayunk Hill has been a wonderful experience so far. The management at the properties are friendly and helpful. The hallways and surrounding shared spaces are kept neat and are very clean. If there are ever any issues, the maintenance crew is prompt and solves the problem. On top of the attentiveness, the complex is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks, and public transportation. I very much enjoy my apartment and always feel safe. I would recommend living here to anyone looking to move to the area.

Updated Apartments with Great Management
I've lived in two different apartments on the property. My current apartment is a great size for one person and includes a spacious kitchen laundry, and good closets. The apartment and building is clean and in great shape. Management is quick to respond to questions and maintenance requests. My only reason for leaving was for more space, but I really enjoyed living here for a few years.
