Parking is impossible to find. Office manager is unfriendly, but the rest of the staff is nice. Will rent from here again because of parking g

Far away but good option

La Costa Villas are a good place to start. They are a little bit far away from campus, and there are closer options for the same quality apt. There's a small gym and a pool. Park is free, but can be cramped. Th apartment itself is fine. Nothing fancy, very functional. Works for me and my significant other. It's close to Costco and the white rock walking trail. Gated. Mosquitos.

Love the neighborhood. Generally safe area for Dallas. The village is so big you feel like you’re in your own community
Pretty quiet but great value for what you pay. Easy to walk anywhere you may need within the Village
I honestly didn’t recognize this neighborhood name until I looked it up. Outside of the Village, the area doesn’t have much of an identity. Retail options nearby are nice and restaurants are good, but there isn’t much of a social scene. You’ll want to head down to lower Greenville, uptown, oak lawn, or deep ellum for bars and things to do. All of those are a short, cheap uber away so it isn’t a big deal.
The neighborhood is super pet friendly. I always see people walking their dogs. The neighborhood is also very safe. The Village has its own private security that drives around the property 24/7. It is also super affordable compared to other Dallas apartments, and I think it is a great bang for your buck. The neighborhood is also mainly young people, from what I can tell.
Very beautiful lakes and trails. Very close to stores and restaurants. It is especially good if you have kids as they can play near the lakes. Unfortunately the public schools nearby are not good, so don't live here if your kids are 6+ years old.
Not as fantastic as the other upscale neighborhoods. However, great bang for your buck. Nice running trail, great gym, lots of affordable restaurants, and grocery stores.
Overall, Preston Hollow is very quiet and feels safe. There are many nice shops and restaurants, and it is great for families.
Close proximity to anything I need, but it also feels like an actual neighborhood.
