Location, location, location!
I am very happy that I live in the Elektra building. Although not all of the tenants are awesome (some smoke or don't pick up after their dogs), my apartment is very nice and the location in Seattle can't be beat! Very happy to live here. I won't be moving anytime soon.

Great Apt
Living here has been great. It is in a great location between Cap Hill and Downtown. Although it can get a little bit sketchy around at night, the apartment itself is great and the pricing is super nice. Love that we don't have to pay for water, cable, heat, etc.

Love the Space
I love living in this space. It's great that a lot of the utilities are included and that it is so close to everything in Capitol Hill and downtown. The ability to walk around and explore when you are new to a city is a must for me! The only downfall to this place is the fact that the bathrooms are not super up to date.
