Management/price could be better

For the cost, value is great - but management is constantly trying to up the rate. I have no problem paying a comparable price with the neighborhood, but it seems the landlord is trying to make up for underpricing the unit to begin with. Apartment is overall nice, but I'm disappointed in the ongoing struggle over the cost.
