La Charme
This building has a lot of great features that tend to come along with a 100 year old building. It also includes all of the drawbacks of a 100 year old building. Most frustrating is the incompetent building manager, but the location is unbeatable and the rents don't increase too extremely from year to year. It would be great if the owners would make some capital improvements to the building, but they seem to be ok with the status quo.
