Beautiful and relaxing view, could walk to everywhere

It's a pretty nice building and close to downtown. There are nice parks around that are ideal for exercising or just taking a good walk. Landlords do their job and really helpful. The only thing is that some residents(could be in-house out out-house) do not take good care of their pets' "business" so it kinda ruins the clean area around. Besides that, everything is wonderful :)

Awesome place to call home.

It is near the center of the city with a beautiful view from Elliott Bay. A safe neighborhood in a convenient location. The building is new with modern equipment and a fun community room. The management is great to with their service. I even got first month rent free.
