200 Roy St Apartments are Older but Cozy and Clean
I love my apartment complex. It's not new as the price kinda shows that but it is clean, management is great, and neighbors are quiet. Many of them are ballet students.
The facilities are from the old 90's or late 80's but the place is clean. There is a gym, dry sauna, and tanning bed.
