The Gordon in Queen Anne

The location of The Gordon cannot be beat. The rent itself isn't too high, but when you tack on parking costs, utilities, and laundry it gets to be more than its worth, at least for a 1 bedroom. Although it seems costs are rising higher all around the area. It's an older building so it has a lot of charm, which I fell in love with, but it is also very noisy. You can hear every footstep the person above you makes, so make friends with them :) The management was very attentive and always willing and able to help with anything that might arise.

Great neighborhood! Close to everything, great access to public transportation in any direction. Loads of great restaurants and bars. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
