STAR Properties is above average
STAR properties apartments vary in quality around DeKalb. These specific town homes were in good condition when we moved in and are in the perfect location central to campus. It's a nice sized space with 3 levels, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on both the top and basement level. However, management is terrible. Even if you leave the place in perfect condition when moving out, they will charge you for anything and everything they cal to take your full deposit.
