Every apartment has a garage
I lived in Advenir for 5 years until 1 year ago. The two pools were nice, the fitness center was great, the staff seemed helpful but there was a lot of turnover of management companies. I went through 4 or 5 new management companies in 5 years at Advenir. It is really close to the Dallas North Tollway and Trinity Mills. It falls in a good Plano school district or a great catholic school boarders the property. Dog park on premises and walk/jog trails just outside the gate.
