Very Bad Management

The apartment is in a good location for commuting into campus. It is also right by White Rock lake and has an access gate to the Santa Fe trail.
The types of neighbors range. There were some who were very pleasant and would chat with you from their portch. There were also some who would stumble around late at night slobbering drunk, or you could smell them getting higher than a kite.
Recently the property upkeep has been getting worse, the entire maintenance crew was changed. Management will ignore attempts to address issues and are not the least bit helpful regardless of the reason you go to speak with them. The management company owns a lot of apartment complexes in the area. I would avoid them if at all possible.
