I like it

Nice area, great apartment, dish washer makes meal prepping easier. great response rate for repair requests. dont have many complaints

Great facilities, pool, grill, fitness center. Clean. Gated.

Lakewood Flat is Awesome

Access to White Rock trail if you enjoy riding bikes/running on the weekends. Two (very clean) pools with outdoor grills. Outdoor fire pit. Lounge with free coffee/snacks at admin office building. Free parking and there are always spots open.

25 minute drive during rush hour (8 AM and 4-5 PM), otherwise 15 minutes.
