Great complex, solid value for med students
Meridian at Grandview has been a good place to live during medical school overall. The units are modern with good natural light and storage, and it is usually quiet enough inside to study. The distance to the med school is about as far as feels reasonable to walk, but the 22 and 31 bus lines and biking make commuting easy.
Amenities are mixed. The gym is fine for basic cardio but not great if you want a proper, well-equipped gym, and the pool is a nice bonus in warmer months. Maintenance has been very quick and reliable, but management can be hit or miss and often slow to respond to questions or emails.
Neighbor noise has not been an issue for me, but dogs barking in the courtyard can be frequent and sometimes annoying.

New management is still trying to figure it out
My first 7ish months here were great until new management came in. Lots of things in the community have since broken and take several months to get fixed. Overall, I am still happy with my until and the resident event they host, but wish it did not take so long for them to fix broken things in the community.

Great place so far!
I have enjoyed living here because it is about a 18 minute walk from Meiling and I am also able to take the COTA bus if needed. The workers are friendly and accommodating for any needs we have had so far. I have only lived here for about a 2 months though. They have two pools, a gym (some machines are broken), and a nice community space. I didn't give it a 10 because the security that they promise (two gates that are sensor activated or opened with a passcode, are sometimes wide open. The walking gates require a key fob to open as well and they are sometimes left wide open.) is not always up to tea.

Move to Grandview
This is the perfect place to live. It is a safe neighborhood, in walking distance to two grocery stores (Aldi and Giant Eagle), and an 8 minute drive to campus. If you don’t have a car, there is a COTA bus stop right outside the Meridian that stops by the school (and COTA is free with buck ID). Grandview is the place to be. I went here for undergrad too and we all lived east of High street and then came to Grandview after we graduated. Most people who live at the Meridian are grad students (doctors mainly) or new working grads.

Great place if you want to be away from High St
The apartment complex is nice and the apartment layouts are massive, especially for the rent compared to options on High St. While it is a 30 minute walk from OSU campus, Columbus buses stop right by each side of the apartment complex and drop off in front of the law school. My biggest complaint is the parking situation can be chaotic, but it’s only really bad if you have to find parking at night.

Meridian
The location is wonderful, very safe, and with new outdoor renovations underway on the property as of this year (2024). The apartments themselves are also very spacious and with lots of sunlight. There has been issues at times with management on inconsistency in payment requests and issues with receiving aid in time for services requested. However, overall nice and quiet area, very close to grocery stores and food spots.

Overall, a solid apartment to live in. Maintenace is usually quick to fix any problems. Gym and parking within the complex. Also, 2 pools open during the summer.
