Enjoy it with a grain of salt
This apt complex is in an excellent location, very easy to get anywhere. The downside is you are between a fire station and the Medical City hospital. I recommend getting a white noise machine if you live here, a game changer. Other than that one con everything else about living here is great. I put "thin walls" but really it's just thin ceiling/floor, so if you have someone upstairs and they don't walk softly, you can hear them.
