Overall solid
Generally good, and management has been very responsive to any issues I've had. It is in a bit of a noisy location, but being that close to downtown will generally do that.

Great Place to Live
I have lived at Trinity District for three years now, and I love it. They have two buildings with a very wide variety of floorplan options to fit your needs and budget. One thing I cared about a lot was having lots of room for a large desk since this is law school and found a large 1 bedroom unit with a dining area I made an office area to accomodate that. Additionally, I wanted free covered parking which they provide. There is technically unlimited guest parking (such a perk) you just have to open the garage for them. Also, I love that there is plenty of trees and its walkable. It feels very safe. Due to the elementary school across the street, I think this street is well maintained and looked after. This is important because I am a single female living alone. Additionally, over the past 3 years my rent has only gone up once and it was only by $50. They didn't hagle me over deposits or anything like that. I've had very few issues and the problems I have had are normal apartment issues you'd find almost anywhere and the management is great. Finally, it's only a 6-7 minute drive from school which is awesome! If you like social event, the apartment hosts 3-4 social events a month for the residents which usually involve free food and drinks. I really recommend this place I don't think you can beat it.

A nice place to live!
I haven’t lived anywhere else in Fort Worth but I feel safe at Trinity District. I have had minimum problems and when I have had a maintenance issue they are there very quickly. My apartment is clean and was well kept when I moved in! My only problem is the hallways typically smell because of trash pickup and the chute in the hall, but they have valet trash which is convenient.

Trinity Dorm
It’s close to the school and many of my fellow students live here, it’s almost like a dorm.

It’s fine
This apartment is great regarding the location. It’s very close to school and for that primary reason I can handle everything else. The parking in the garage is also free which is important because Texas gets hail. The apartment can sometimes be pretty loud so make sure your unit isn’t near the pool area or any exterior doors. There’s also a train super close but it’s not horrible. There are a LOT of dogs that bark which is the worst part. I’ve also had a fair amount of maintenance issues but most stem from being on the first floor so I recommend living on the top floor.

Trinity District Honest Review
First, many students who attend law school live here, which is great. Many students study together in the "lounge area," including me! I haven't had any issues with my apartment, except for a water heater issue. The issue was resolved, but they took a few days--cold water is not nice at night. Essentially, the only major issue with this apartment complex is the management. The building is very clean; however, if you need specific help, they are not the most helpful. It is hard to get ahold of them. Overall, it's a great spot to be close to campus, very nice apartments, and to be with many classmates, but if you have any issues (which are rare), you might have issues with the management.

Study Lounge
I love living here! A bunch of my class lives here, so we will often study in the study lounge (there is free coffee) and it is super close to the school. The leasing process is a huge hassle, though.

The property is very nice. Only con is very disrespectful neighbors and a lot of weed being smoked on the balconies which gets into your units inside

Great Apartment
I like living here! It's a very close (7-minute) drive to school. It's a pretty quiet apartment. I like how many trees are around. My only complaint is with the management and how sometimes they are hard to reach. Otherwise, it's a good place to live. My rent is high for a one bedroom but my apartment is very large. They have cheaper 1 bedrooms with lower sq ft.

Good Apartment
Pretty nice place to stay. There is a gym that isn't great but has some basic things. The pool is nice but can get busy on the weekends. Overall, it is a relatively quiet and safe place to stay that is around a 7 minute drive from school.
