Good Apartment

Pretty nice place to stay. There is a gym that isn't great but has some basic things. The pool is nice but can get busy on the weekends. Overall, it is a relatively quiet and safe place to stay that is around a 7 minute drive from school.

Great Apartment

I like living here! It's a very close (7-minute) drive to school. It's a pretty quiet apartment. I like how many trees are around. My only complaint is with the management and how sometimes they are hard to reach. Otherwise, it's a good place to live. My rent is high for a one bedroom but my apartment is very large. They have cheaper 1 bedrooms with lower sq ft.

Good Value For a 2 Bedroom

The property is well kept and you get garage parking included in your rent. There are grocery stores and restaurants within at 7min drive. Overall it has been a good experience.

Fair enough for a first apartment

I’ve lived here for two years. I appreciate the apartment for what it is and like how close it is to the school. Maintenance is very attentive when needed. I wish it was less noisy by the pool in the summers, but that can’t be helped.

Overall awesome place.

The parking is great and the area is super nice. I love being in downtown, and the area is less busy then apartments off of west 7th. It’s so nice to have peace and quiet when I come home. Neighbors are super friendly and the area is super pet friendly. Overall, I love it!

Good property

Good, clean building with an attentive leasing staff. The property organizes social events with free food and beverage, renewed my lease twice.

Very decent place to live for a law student!

It’s very close to school, has a gym and pool, and is a 15 minute walk to downtown Fort Worth. There is not a lot of options for food around here and it’s a 20-25 minute drive to seventh Street with traffic

Good place to live

This is a newer building in the area, and as such, everything is really updated and nice looking. The pool is very nice and it gets lots of sun all day (unlike some apartments when the pool is always shadowed by the building). The gym is nice. There are a lot of Asian people here so if you speak an Asian language, you'll fit in nicely. :)

The neighborhood is very safe, family-friendly with lots of pets. There are a ton of restaurants and stores to go to very close by, and it’s also very close to Keller with all of those stores and offices as well.
I like living in Fort Worth because it has a lot of the features of a city without all of the problems of a city. It’s also close enough to Dallas (30-60 mins) to spend time there if that’s more your speed
I always feel super safe here. The fire station is across the street, the police station is just a few blocks away, cops patrol the neighborhood, and TCCC security officers are always around. The parking garage is gated but is also available to visitors through a call box, and I’ve never had trouble finding a good parking space.
It is a nice neighborhood. It does not have a community per se. It is the bar district, so it is often loud at night. But the police are always patrolling, keeping the area safe, and there are some good restaurants and museums very close by. It is a super easy drive to the law school. Overall, it is a great place to live.
Near Southside is an up and coming neighborhood with lots of new entertainment and food options! It’s a quiet area and I’ve never felt unsafe with all the people around. Magnolia is mostly restaurants and medical offices so it’s never overly crowded or too much traffic.
Magnolia is great, there heaps of places to eat and shop that aren’t chains or corporations. It also has fun festivals and events throughout the year.
Great neighborhood area. Filled with families, people with pets, and college students. There is a good mix of people and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. There is also a wonderful shopping center next door.
The neighborhood is incredible. Walking distance to four coffee shops, restaurants, stores, etc. It's great to walk around, and I love being within walking distance to all these places to eat and study.
