Ballston Court Apartments
Pros: Excellent price, unit in good condition. Freshly painted walls, hardwood floors. Well-kept laundry room. The property manager (Coby) and handyman are both great to work with. Courtyard is beautiful. Air conditioning works great. Lot of windows. Gas stove and oven.
Cons: Very old building. Heating system is obnoxious (radiators stay on in winter, so you have to open windows in the summer to cool below 75 degrees) but at least never too cold. Unit is very small (mine is a 2 bedroom 600 square feet).
