Great! Some of the kitchen appliances are outdated, but for the most part I have had a great experience.

Great apartment, a little far from school (West Ashley)
I love my place - lived here last year and renewed. Very clean community, pretty pond with walking path and landscaping is kept up year round, dog park, gym, pool, business center, free parking (free for guests, too), feels safe being a little removed from the main roads. My main issue is being far from school at CofC. It takes about 20-30 mins to get to campus depending on traffic, so I always leave a little early. Just means I can't do anything last minute. But the apartment itself is great and on the cheaper side compared to anything comparable in the area.
