Nice area
Everyone that lives around here either goes to college or works at the Texas Medical Center for the most part.

Good location and amenities
The gym and pool are nice and not overcrowded. Washer and dryer included. The office will print for free. Park across the street. Bus stop immediately outside the complex. Train station is two blocks away. Close freeway access. Occasional traffic due to the medical center and the NRG stadium. Management is responsive to requests.
