Nice but not worth the price.

This apartment complex is nice overall - friendly staff, convenient location to the University of Pittsburgh, and the units are furnished with utilities included (up to a cap). However, it is not worth the price for the amount of problems associated with it. It's difficult to get a hold of anyone after-hours, especially if you're locked out, security is scarcely available, parking is an additional fee and way too high, and there are numerous maintenance problems (including going over the utility cap when living alone). It's better to get an unfurnished apartment and pay for all utilities yourself - it would be financially easier in the long run.
