Private Garage Close to Campus!
The selling point for us was the private garage parking connected to our apartment. It’s a close drive to campus, too. Although, it’s South Houston so the neighborhood does get sketchy at night and we often get alerts of shootings. There have been no incidents in the actual subdivision, though! Management is nice and quick. Upkeep of the subdivision is good. The apartments themselves are a little old but still modern looking. Good size too! We got a great deal because of COVID.

I love the apartment and the facilities, but maintenance workers take a while to fix issues.

The other day the electricity went out in my apartment. I told the leasing office and in less than 2 hours someone came to fix it

It’s a very safe place, great interior, good security, close to med center, only 20-25 min commute to school. No need to use highways to get to campus
