Excellent Apartment Very Clean

Great for the money!
It was important to me to live alone as a 1L, and this apartment is affordable while giving me everything I need. I also wanted to live within walking distance to the law school, cutting down on my parking costs. This apartment isn't fancy, but has everything you realistically need! It's quiet, so great for studying.

Close to Campus
These apartments are close to campus: within walking distance of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. While walking to campus, this street does not have any hills and it is about a ~ 10-minute walk. The apartments have plenty of space for living alone and includes a balcony. They are unfurnished and do not include internet, which can be annoying as a student. They do not allow pets (positive or negative depending on who you are). The kitchen is small, but has a lot of storage for the space. The pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day. The walls are fairly thick: I can't hear my neighbors unless they are in the hallway. It is a very short walk to a park that has a gorgeous view of the city.
