No Better Place to Live & Learn Than at Academy
A pristine, fun, friendly, and affordable complex overflowing with amenities. This place is gorgeous, state-of-the-art, and very clean. The nightly valet trash removal service is super convenient. The huge fully-enclosed private community courtyard is a beautiful place to socialize and meet friends. The courtyard pool is exquisite and offers ample seating. The gym is well-lit, and offers a generous supply of various aerobic machines, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a versatile cable cross exercise system. Parking costs a little extra ($80/month/car) but is absolutely worth the price due to the safe and secure garage that rests under the facility and provides reserved spaces for community members only. The building is secure, requiring electronic key fobs to enter the garage, the building proper, and one's individual apartment. I love my home at Academy and I feel very safe. The complex is in an excellent location, one block away from Newport On The Levee. Just a short walk across the Purple People Bridge provides access the The Banks Cincinnati. My one-bedroom apartment is huge, has an efficient layout, and includes washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with filtered water/ice dispenser, glass stove/range, granite countertops, and a large covered outdoor balcony. Secure and seamless WiFi access is available anywhere throughout the complex. The community is pet friendly and all common areas remain very clean despite the large population of furry residents.
