I live alone, and enjoy being in such close proximity to everything I need. Target, Kroger, the gym, restaurants, shops, etc are all within a 10 minute drive, and my commute to school in the morning is 14-20 minutes, depending on morning traffic.
Cons: -It can be a little noisy if you are living on the side facing Edwards Rd, because there is Edge Inn Tavern has a back patio and there's usually noise at night and on weekends. The walls are also pretty thin, and I can hear my upstairs neighbor walk around when they are stepping heavily.
-Not much storage space compared to other places I've lived at, but not the worst. Just would not be accommodating if you own any outdoor gear.
