Quiet, pretty neighborhood only 15 minutes away from UC
The Washington is perfect for someone on a budget who wants to live away from the UC campus, but not too far. The Washington is in doll town Bellevue, KY, and is professionally managed by Towne Properties. The building is secure, quiet, and has off-street parking. After 5 months of living here, I have not had a maintenance problem. Even if I did, management is very prompt and friendly. The only complaint is the walls between apartments are thin.
