My husband and I have had lots of issues with maintenance. They are very slow get maintenance in and the emergency maintenance line does not work. There is only one person in management who will actually help you find solutions to your problem. If anyone else assists you your problem will not be helped. The property is also not cared for by the residents. I will say the maintenance crew does try to clean up after them but it’s too much for them to keep up with. The dog park is unusable since people do not pick up their dog’s poop. Even after it’s cleaned up it’s back to its former state within a day. We’ve had similar issues with the pool areas being trashed over the weekend by residents. The neighbors are also often loud. I have a lot of trouble studying in my apartment. The apartment is also very small. I could not come to Texas so I went online to look at photos and even did a FaceTime tour. The way the set the apartments make it look much larger than it is so if you can’t see it in person be very careful. Overall, I wish I had chosen somewhere else to live, but the price is good so I think if that is important to you this isn’t a terrible choice. Just be aware of some of the pitfalls.

Nice apartment, gated, family-oriented and a large population of pet owners. But maintenance is slow and something is always broken. They also lied that my apartment was majority hardwood, but it wasn’t. It was fully carpeted.

Quiet, friendly place

I have really enjoyed the management compared to other places I have lived. Everyone is really nice. There are lots of kids around and pet rent is really cheap.

This place is close to Clearfork, great resturants, and grocery stores. The apartments are newly renovated and the kitchen finishes are great. It's private and great for just me. Downside is that it can be hard to study if train noises distract you.
