Community is clean and updated but inexpensive
Compared to other prices, I think $1134 for a 850sq ft apartment is fantastic for DFW. It’s approx. a 14 minute commute to school, which isn’t far. Best area in FW, in my opinion. Walking distance to the Hulen Mall, near nice neighborhoods. Walmart, Target, Costco, and Sam’s all 5 minutes away.
