Perfect place to live during law school
My apartment is extremely quiet and is extremely nice. The maintenance team is timely and any issues have been addressed. My only issue has been with reaching the leasing team before I moved in. I would recommend texting them instead of trying to reach them on the phone because they will probably not answer.

Very good choice
Close to Magnolia Street, this is a very dog friendly building. It is about a ten minute drive to the law school building and has a lot of food, bar, and coffee options in walking distance. Would recommend to a friend, and I pay about 1475 after fees (before electricity and internet).

Monarch Medical District Apartments
It's a new building and the front office is very helpful. At the beginning of my lease there were frequent issues with the gate and door system but it was never a major inconvenience or safety issue. The area is nice, right by Magnolia St, and it's about a 10-minute drive to school in the morning.

Bit Expensive but...
For Texas Transplants,
The Monarch apartments are fantastic. When compared to other major metro areas (San Jose SF Etc) this apartment complex is a bargain. When compared to equivalent new builds in Fort Worth it’s probably 100 bucks higher.
At two miles from campus it’s walkable in 20 minutes or an easy drive. The pool is great in summer but the gym is a little bit lacking in terms of free weights.
Being brand new construction means it’s gigabit fiber via at and t. Very spacious and great.
