It has nice appliances and a fairly reliable shuttle system.

It gets the job done
There are a few things that bother me about the resident. Sometimes the elevator stops working for no apparent reason. the internet can be spoty at sometimes. Not the best kitchen appliances. However, as a law student it works. They have free parking and free printing which is big for me. Those two alone make me want to stay longer. Rent is cheaper than most other places as well. Very nice pool and a lot of outdoor common areas which is nice. Furniture isnt all that great but it gets you through.

Terrible complex
I have experienced the worst here at 930. They have gnat problems that have been going on since spring.

Good place to live
930 Nomo is a well priced full service building. Washer and dryer in the apartments coupled with your own individual bathroom within your room is unfathomable for a graduate student such as myself. The shuttle has been phenomenal, always on time and great since I do not have a car. The pool is great for decompressing and the gym is serviceable for staying healthy not necessarily body building. The free coffee machine inside has been a blessing for late night study sessions and will probably live here throughout my tenure in Charleston. Only flaw is that it isn't near any convenience stores for snacks or the grocery store within walking distance.
