A lot of positives marred by poor policies

Great neighborhood, solid amenities, fun pool, and a lot of positives but they actively lease out apartments to Airbnb'ers and it ruins the community experience/makes the amenities constantly packed with annoying tourists. Can't recommend live here given their lack of regard to long-term tenants in this regard
