Review

Overall the apartment is good. Parking and extra storage cost extra but are both very secure. There is a gym, a rooftop area with seating and grills, a conference room and a large event area that are all available to residents. No real complaints other than price, however, given the location, closeness to public transport (#2 line is right outside the building and runs to both banks of the UMN campus), and overall quality of the apartment you're getting what you pay for.

Great apartment

New appliances and relatively quiet. You hear everything going on in the hallways outside the apartment which is a little annoying if people are coming back late at night or barking dogs get out their apartments. Also wish garage was heated.
