Great Full-service Managed Building
I've loved living at Red20 over the last 2 years. It's one of the best-managed buildings I've ever lived in. They do a great job of cleaning common areas, and have managed COVID-related extra cleaning and following state guidelines really well. The building has a gym with the usual machines and weights. About 5 people can be in the gym at a time without it feeling crowded. There are 2 common spaces, one on the roof with a deck and pool table/TV and another on the 2nd floor with a large outdoor area, grills, fire pit, indoor club room with coffee maker, kitchen etc. We have package lockers for amazon boxes so they don't just sit in the lobby -- you get a text when you have something. Underground parking is a must in Minnesota, and the rates are reasonable (included in the rent quoted above, but I think it's about $150/mo). We have a ton of space in this apartment and an incredible number of windows + deck. It's super convenient with tons of bars and restaurants and a direct line to the University East & West Banks via direct bus line.
