I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I haven’t had much problems at all. Nice and clean place. There’s a security at night at the gate. My only problem is that the walls are thin. So if you have nice neighbors, you should be fine.

It's not bad and really close to school.

Overall not too bad. We lived here during a management change, so there were many issues initially. There have been many car break in but we live on the fourth floor and haven't had any real issues. The clubhouse closes at 10pm which is great for late night studying. Apartment security is okay. the gate has been down multiple times now. They're about to do many renovations.

The apartment complex itself is nice, although the hallways can be a little drab. That said, things are kept pretty clean and the amenities are nice and well kept. The location is fine, although not the most exciting part of town. My biggest complaint is with maintenance — I will often have maintenance requests be marked completed without ever having someone stop by, or have them completed half-way and never have anyone follow up. The garage gates seem to frequently malfunction, and while this does not lock people out of the complex, it does result in the gates being open 24/7 for weeks at a time, which seems to defeat the purpose of having a gated garage. All this said I haven't had any issues with safety and have always felt safe in and around the complex.

Overall, the complex is clean, safe, and very close to campus. It is a little bit more expensive. I live with my boyfriend who helps with rent so it is affordable if you have someone to help. It’s 10 minutes from campus and there’s a Target down the road. The parking garage is kinda tight but it’s doable.

The move-in process was pretty simple, and the people living and working here are really friendly. There’s occasional music or noises at night that my roommate and I hear, but nothing too disruptive
