Getting Better

We have lived here for nearly three years and have seen three different management companies. The current management has been the best by far; they've renovated buildings, repaved the parking lots, and finally cleaned up the pool and the gym. Current management is also communicative regarding water outages or inspections, and they host regular social events. However, maintenance has been slower to respond to work orders and apparently they are presently "in-between contracts" for pest control.
