Review

It is a decent apartment but is going to be overpriced for the quality of what it is. They are doing renovations, but they are not enough to be worth how much they are going to be increasing in rent. Especially as the new apartments right next door cost about the same. A lot of people who have lived here for 10+ years are going to be moving out due to costs.
