Convenient and Amazing Staff
The condo association is very responsive, tenants are all very friendly and respectful, and the staff (doormen, porters, etc.) are WONDERFUL and go above and beyond to help you whenever they can.

Amazing doormen and handymen!
77 East 12th is a great building right between the Village and East Village! The doormen are the absolute best I've ever seen, they know every resident's name and apartment number by heart. The handymen are also very helpful and easy to get a hold of via an online portal. My unit does not have exceptional views but was recently renovated and is VERY spacious for an alcove studio.

Great Location
Close to Union Square with easy access to anything you need and major subway lines, but far enough away to not be part of the crowds. There is some street noise. Only two elevators service the building which can make it slow at times, but other than that the doormen are friendly and the lobby is nice.
