Living Conditions

It has a very homely vibe. It’s not loud. It’s clean. Apartments are decent sized. Kitchens are fully furnished. Parking and laundry is ample.

I would recommend.

Abbott Review

Overall has been a good place to live. Plenty of parking and not too noisy. The management is pretty responsive to any problems and maintenance responds quickly to requests. The walls are a little thin so you can hear neighbors moving around, but usually it is pretty quiet. There is a pool and a small gym on the property which is convenient.

What I think about my apartment

Not that great! I don’t think that it’s a safe place to stay. I have faced an unnecessary interaction and a robbery. I’ve contacted the ELPD twice in 3 months while staying here.
