Location, location, location!
For me, I own a dog and am 28 and wanted to be away from the undergrads! I got those things at this spot. Unfortunately, like most other apartment complexes in the area, the manager is mediocrely responsive and it takes a while to get anything fixed. I love living by the lake, and am so glad I have that, even though I drive 15-20 minutes to get to school. Hope this helps!
