Older, cheap apartment
At the price point this apartment is a pretty good deal. We had a 2 story town home that was by no means new. Many of the people that live in the apartment community were Bloomington locals, not students, and we didn't get to know any of them. There is a bus stop in the apartment community and it's walking distance to a Kroger. But it is not well located if you want to be close to down town. Having a car, it wasn't bad since it's still a pretty short drive to anywhere we wanted to go.
