A pleasant apartment

I like woodbridge because the area is very friendly, and welcoming. We have a lot of walking space, get all amenities, and use free gym.

Great

Its a great place, almost all of the MBA full-time students live around this area, so easy to connect.
The property is very well managed, and they respond to complains very quick.

Woodbridge Apartment Review

It’s a nice apartment with free parking and a flat electricity and water rate. It’s nice to not worry about heat or air conditioning, especially since Bloomington can have extreme weather during the summer and winter. The only main con is that it isn’t walking distance from the law school. But, if you have a car, the drive is less than ten minutes. Also, there is a bus stop that takes you to campus on the property if you don’t have a car.

Most square footage in town. Apartments in general are kind of noisy -- neighbors stomping around, doors opening/closing, landscaping, etc. Good amenities including gym, pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, free parking, community lounge/game room. Utilities are flat rate.
