Wymount Terrace

It's only for married BYU students, and boy is it a bargain if you qualify to live here. The apartments are frankly perfect for married university life, and adapting to no pre-installed AC was pretty easy. Everyone around here including the management is super helpful and responsive. Laundry isn't in-house but it's super close and cheap and DEAR HEAVENS they've kept the rent so low compared to everything else in Provo. Props to BYU for that.

BYU definitely planned out their married student housing. The apartments are nice, there is ample parking, and there are parks/walkways all through the development. The only downside to Wymount is that there is no ac (and the waitlist to get in is long).

Really good quality for the rent. Old, but great upkeep. Water and heating are included in rent, which is great. The bathroom sink is annoyingly low set, but that's great if you have kids. Not a ton of sunlight, super secure, safe, and fun area. Some spider and ant issues, but that's honestly happened in every apartment I've been in in Provo.

Cheap, friendly, essentials

We LOVE living at Wymount. There are so many other young couples and other young couples with kids. It's such a supportive community, so close to campus, and very affordable. Maintenance responds within a day. Also it is incredibly soundproof.

It has been great. Plenty of space for me, my wife, two kids, and large dog. It is also about 1/2 a mile from the law school.

We LOVE it. Affordable, close to campus, bus goes from apartments to near the law school, great church and family community.

Its a suprisingly roomy setup--pretty basic, but they are very accomidating. The only thing I can think of that it is missing for comfort is AC, but in Provo you don't need it at home for most of the year, especially since the windows are big and open wide. The apartment I live in was built in the 80s, so there are occasionally things that break, but maintenance is very responsive when we call. Maintenance also does a lot of preventative work to keep the appartment looking nice.

It's a great place to live, management is very responsive and the apartments are well kept. It has a long waitlist, so you need to get on it very early if you want a spot. It's the best place you can find for the price. Would be nice to have a gym/pool or something like that.

Good place for student couples
