will stay here as long as we can!
My husband and I love WyMount. It doesn't have any frills, but it is clean, well-kept, cheap, and well-managed. I will recommend it forever!

Get what you pay for.
Its just fine, you get what you pay for. Management hasn't given us any problems. Its not luxurious. It feels pretty small. But there is a playground for the kids and I can walk to school.

Wymount is awesome!
Wymount is a great place to live. It is super close to the law school, and very clean. The management is very nice and super responsive. The wards are great, and you really get to know the people you live with. If you can afford it, you can get an apartment a month early (like June or July instead of August), and you will skip the long waitlist to get an apartment.

Old
The apartment's price is unbeatable and very close to campus, but it is very old. The carpet feels solid, the walls are cinderblock from the 70's, and it feels very bare bones. But like I said, the price is unbeatable and it is definitely livable.

Affordable and close to school
One of the cheapest options if you want a 2-bedroom. The North Wymount buildings are not so cinder-block-looking. Married student wards with a lot of newlyweds, pregnant couples, and babies. On campus so it's very close to BYU. One downside is if you're late on rent or another housing fee, BYU will put on a hold on your student account and class registration, but this isn't an issue too often. I recommend the 12 buildings up on the hill because it's less dangerous turning onto the main road and has a pretty view of the lake in the distance with mountains behind.

Awesome Spot
Great community, the apartments are old but maintenance is very responsive. No AC. Management sometimes makes questionable decisions (why did they paint over the numbers in the parking lots? why did they let my downstairs neighbor smoke weed?) but overall, I've really enjoyed my time here.
Super close to campus, very cheap for a family, makes this a winner in my book.

Close to campus but old
The best part is being close to campus. Other positives: there's a decent amount of space, we don't have thin walls or noise issues, the internet is good, and the ward/people living here are awesome. But the closest apartments to campus are really old and outdated. The kitchen is also tiny and hard to cook in, and the fire alarm is insanely sensitive. No AC--gets super hot in the summer, even on the first floor. Repairs take forever to get done. It's a place to live in that is super close to campus to save money, but don't expect much from the apartment itself.

Great Temporary Home
This is a great place to be if you have a small family because of the amenities and the culture. There are playgrounds for young kids and great venues to go on walks. Rock Canyon Park is close as well as the temple. Another huge plus is that I can walk to school.
