Very Happy

We have had a great experience living here in Springville. We feel so lucky to have found our place for so cheap.

We have loved living here! Great little community and Darla is the best landlord. She is so quick to fix things that need attention or update things that need to be updated.

We love it!

We have loved living here! Darla keeps the houses in great condition and, although they are old, she is always updating them. Great neighbors, and only a ten minute drive from BYU campus.
